1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Sukhada World ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our travel planning and booking services.

If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using our services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Booking & Reservations

2.1 Initial Deposit: To secure a booking for any domestic or international tour package (including India, Bhutan, and Nepal), a non-refundable initial deposit is required. The specific amount will be communicated by your travel consultant based on the itinerary.

2.2 Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once we receive the initial deposit and issue a formal booking confirmation receipt via email.

2.3 Guest Details: You are responsible for ensuring that all passenger names match exactly with government-issued IDs or Passports. Any fees incurred due to name corrections will be borne by the traveler.

3. Payment Policy

• The full payment must be settled at least 15 days prior to the date of departure (or 30 days for international trips like Bhutan/Nepal).
• For bookings made within 15 days of departure, 100% of the payment is required upfront.
• Payments can be made via Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS), Credit/Debit Cards, or authorized UPI channels. Convenience fees may apply for card transactions.
• Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted to us in writing via email. The date we receive the written notification determines the cancellation charges applicable.

* Note: Flight tickets, train tickets, and special peak-season hotel bookings are often 100% non-refundable regardless of the cancellation window.

5. Travel Documents & Insurance

5.1 Visas and Permits: For international travel (e.g., Bhutan, Nepal), travelers must possess valid passports (with at least 6 months validity) and necessary visas/permits. While Sukhada World assists in obtaining these permits, the final approval rests with the respective government authorities. We are not liable for any trip disruptions caused by visa rejections.

5.2 Travel Insurance: We strongly highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage. Sukhada World is not liable for costs arising from unforeseen personal emergencies or medical events during the tour.

6. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure

We reserve the right to alter itineraries or substitute hotels (of similar category) due to unavoidable circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, political strikes, or airline schedule changes (Force Majeure).

Any additional expenses incurred due to such delays or alterations will be the responsibility of the traveler. Sukhada World will not issue refunds for unutilized services resulting from these events.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sukhada World acts solely as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, and other service providers. We shall not be held liable for:

• Any injury, damage, loss, or accident caused by the default of any third-party supplier.
• Delays or changes in schedule caused by airlines or transport vendors.
• Loss of personal belongings or baggage during the tour.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms, bookings, or services provided by Sukhada World shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
